Is it Autumn yet? 🍁🍂🧡
I've been pretty quiet on here over the summer and what a wonderful summer it's been.... unless you're a perimenopausal women then it's felt like being trapped inside a fireball whilst eating jalapeños 🥵🔥
I've had an awesome time at bringing massage and facials to the beautiful festival goers and on days when we had high temperatures managed to change clients appointments to start early in the morning when it was cooler, so we all kept cool.
Those crazy temperatures feel an age ago so..... good news... the heated blanket and Hot Stones are back on for those of you who love their cosy comforts 🧡

I've had a wonderful weekend away at working as a therapist with the Wellness Team.
Swapping my treatment room for a tent in a field in Buckinghamshire providing massage therapy and luxury Neals Yard facial treatments. The background music was techno and house instead of my usual Zen Garden and working with the other wonderful therapists has been a truly incredible and fabulous experience.
It was my first camping trip and I absolutely loved it. and 💜🙌🏻💜

One of my popular treatments at this time of year is Thai Foot Massage...
Why?
Because it's a treatment that involves deep tissue massage, kneading, stretching, releasing tension in the muscles of the feet and legs and working with a wooden Thai Foot Wand on the reflex points and Sen (energy) lines.
The result.....?
A treatment that's soooo relaxing, yet also uplifting and rebalancing.
It helps to de- puff feet and ankles and legs (especially in this heat), releases tension and stress and is great for preventing plantar fasciitis.
You lie in one position, so no turning over.. you have the option of a lavender eye pillow for next level chill.
And... if you fancy some cold stone therapy thrown in.. well, I can do this too!
