We provide a friendly and caring environment with an overall rating good CQC report from March 2022.

Well these ladies absolutely smashed it! We had self doubt and tears along the way (the top was dark, windy and scary) but every single one made it to the top. 👏🏼⛰️ along with fear we had a lot of laughter and kept each other going! As deputy manager at Crossways, I am immensely proud of you all going above and beyond for our residents and each of you for putting yourself forward for the challenge and raising the amount you have. It was so good seeing you all come together and making sure everyone was ok the whole way. Well done ladies. 🏆

8 amazing members of the team at Crossways climb Snowdon tomorrow morning. As it stands the total raised is estimated around £900 👏🏼 thank you so much to everyone who has donated so far and a huge good luck to all the ladies doing the climb tomorrow. We will keep everyone updated. A big well done to one of our lovely residents who did a sponsored silence raising over £200 alone, wow! Proud of everyone at Crossways coming together to make a difference. 🥰🏆

This morning we welcomed RISE, and our residents had great fun testing their skills with some penalty shoot-outs! ⚽🥅

As it’s National Dog Day today, we also got creative with some lovely doggy crafts. 🐾🐕 Lots of smiles, creativity and canine-themed fun! ❤️

We started the morning with a relaxing nail session 💅 followed by a few fun games of Jenga — with plenty of concentration needed! 😄

After lunch, I enjoyed spending some quality one-to-one time with some of our residents, before finishing the afternoon with a game of Frustration 🎲

We enjoyed a little gentle exercise this morning with a fun game of balloon volleyball – lots of smiles and laughter! 🎈🏐

Then this afternoon, we were treated to the fantastic Sandra Currie, who had everyone singing along and enjoying the music. 🎶🎤❤️

This morning we got creative with some feather crafts 🪶🎨 and enjoyed a few games of dominoes.

This afternoon, we finished the day with a great sing-along, with lots of favourite songs and plenty of smiles! 🎶🎤😊
