Hi, I wanted to share Wesley’s Walk with you. Wesley was known for seeing the best in everyone, cheering people on, and being a devoted dad to his daughter Charlie before his family lost him to su***de in March. On Saturday 19 September, more than 30 members of his family will climb Snowdon to raise funds for North Staffs and Cheshire Mind, helping others speak up before they have to face this kind of loss. This is a full-time position with a balanced and structured working pattern:
3 days paperwork-based (care plans, audits, staff support, compliance)
2 days office-based
1 in 4 on-call rota
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting and supervising care staff
Completing and reviewing care documentation
Conducting spot checks, audits, and quality assurance
Assisting with care plan updates and risk assessments
Providing leadership and guidance to ensure high standards of care
Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4)
