The focus of my next symptom led treatment is on Depression. Depression is more than simply feeling unhappy or fed up for a few days. Most people go through periods of feeling down, but when you’re depressed, you feel persistently sad for weeks or months, rather than just a few days. With the right treatment and support, most people with depression can make a full recovery. Complementary therapy can be an effective tool and my new treatment, The Blissful Moments Depression Lifter, offers a sympathetic, caring approach to reducing the symptoms of depression. Using reflexology, reiki, a face and scalp massage, my aim is to encourage feelings of euphoria and relaxation, enabling you to leave with a more positive outlook. Included is a free takeaway toolkit containing ideas on how to use complementary therapies in the comfort of your own home.

Are you on medication for menopausal symptoms? Have you ever thought of enhancing that with a complementary therapy? Complementary therapies are meant to work alongside other methods of treatment and I have designed a treatment especially for you - The Blissful Moments Hormone Balancer. When I trained to be a CT, I was on HRT but I was determined to use my new skills and knowledge to help ease my symptoms so this treatment is very personal to me. The treatment begins with hand reflexology and finishes with foot reflexology with the full aromatherapy massage in between using a specially blended massage oil. You will receive a free of charge toolkit to take home which includes a hand reflexology self care sheet, hand cream, a rose quartz crystal and a Comforter candle.
