The energies at the moment, a need to slow down 🩷🌹

08/09/2026

🌹 THE MEDICINE WITHIN US 🌹

One of my most favourite things in the world is working within a circle of women.

There is something incredibly powerful about coming together in circle—to witness one another, to listen, to share, and to create a beautiful energetic space where we can reconnect with the medicine that already lives within us.

Because we all carry our own medicine.

Sometimes that medicine has been buried beneath the experiences of life—old wounds, fears, conditioning, expectations and emotional patterns that have slowly disconnected us from who we truly are.

But beneath all of that is something beautiful.

✨ Our soul light.
✨ Our unique essence.
✨ The part of us that remembers who we were before the world told us who we should be.

I often think about the inner child—the little girl who entered this world in her purest form.

Innocent.
Curious.
Playful.
Creative.
Connected.

The child who could find magic in a flower, a tree, a stone, a stream or the changing of the seasons.

The child who didn't need permission to create.

She simply was.

And perhaps this is one of the reasons I love working with the seasons and the energetic cycles of nature so deeply.

Nature gives us a doorway back to ourselves.

The seasons remind us that nothing stays the same.

The trees release their leaves.
The flowers bloom and return to the earth.
The animals move with instinct and rhythm.
The earth rests, awakens, grows and transforms.

And so do we.

We are not separate from nature.

We are nature.

We are part of this beautiful web of life—plant, animal, earth and human—all transforming, transmuting and moving through cycles together.

When we remember this, something within us begins to soften.

We can begin to release the conditioning, the fear and the stories that have kept us living from the mind rather than from the heart.

We begin to remember that we are creators.

That there is still magic available to us.

That we can begin to consciously create a life that feels aligned with our soul rather than simply living according to the conditions placed upon us.

And this is what I love about the work I do.

I don't believe I have the medicine for another woman.

She has her own medicine.

I am simply the facilitator.

I hold a safe and nurturing space where women can begin to journey inward and discover what has been waiting to be recognised within them.

Sometimes that doorway opens through the rhythm of the drum.

Sometimes through meditation or activation.

Sometimes through crystals, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, movement, nature, the seasons or simply sitting together in sacred circle.

There is no one way.

There is only the doorway that is right for you.

And when a woman begins to remember herself—really remember herself—something shifts.

Her passion begins to awaken.

Her creativity begins to return.

Her voice becomes stronger.

Her connection to her heart deepens.

And she begins to see that perhaps the magic she has been searching for was never outside of her.

It was within her all along. 🌹

This is why my circles mean so much to me.

My passion is not to tell women who they should be.

It is to create the space where they can discover who they already are.

To witness women remembering their medicine.

Remembering their passion.

Remembering their connection to nature.

Remembering their soul light.

And ultimately…

remembering the magic of being themselves. ✨🌹

🌹 What a beautiful evening we had in our Rose Group last night. 🌹

We gathered together and tuned into the astrological energies, creating a safe and nurturing space to gently release anything we may have been holding within our hearts as we move through the seasonal transition.

Using Qi Gong movements and conscious breath, connected with the element of Fire, we allowed energy to move through us, releasing what was ready to be let go of and making space for the new.

It was such a deep and beautifully connected group. We nurtured ourselves through the loving Mother energy of the Triple Goddess, allowing ourselves to soften, receive and come back into our hearts.

We connected with the pink rose and heart crystal energy, opening into its gentle, loving energy and receiving a beautiful transmission. 🌹

There were deep releases, moments of connection and vulnerability, but also plenty of ha-ha moments and giggles along the way! ❤️

And I think that's what makes our circles so special — there is space for it all. The tears, the laughter, the healing, the connection and simply being together as women.

A beautiful evening of Rose, sisterhood, heart connection and remembering that we don't have to walk this journey alone. 🌹✨

🍂 Our next gathering — Mabon, the Autumn Equinox 🍂

Our next event will be a whole day of nurturing, as we honour Mabon and the turning of the Wheel into autumn.

We will be working with nature and the natural medicine wheel, coming into alignment with the rhythm and wisdom of the season.

Throughout the day we will explore the Earth element, using Qi Gong movement and connecting with the energy of the spleen and stomach, grounding ourselves and coming home into our bodies.

We will then move into the Metal element of autumn, connected with the lungs and large intestine — exploring the wisdom of breath, release and letting go, just as nature begins to shed what is no longer needed. 🍂

There will be nutritional guidance for coming into alignment with autumn, helping us to nourish ourselves according to the season.

We will journey through meditation and activations, experience the beautiful depth of a drum journey, and work with the seasonal Rhythm of Beauty Autumn Flower Essence.

There will be time for grounding and womb work, connecting with the deep feminine wisdom within us, along with oracle cards to offer guidance and reflection for the season ahead.

A whole day to slow down, reconnect with nature, nurture ourselves and honour the turning of the Wheel.

A day of nourishment, movement, meditation, drum journeying, womb connection, seasonal wisdom, flower essence, oracle guidance and deep connection. 🌹🍂

A beautiful opportunity to pause, release what is ready to be released and gently step into the energy of the Autumn Queen — grounded, sovereign and deeply connected to her own wisdom.

I would love for you to join me. ❤️🌹

Remembering the Medicine Within

A journey of self-love, remembrance and the sacred feminine

Many years ago, I was called onto a journey of self-love.

Not because I chose it.

Not because I was ready.

But because life as I knew it completely shattered.

My whole world fell apart, and with it, so did I.

What our modern world may call a nervous breakdown became, for me, the beginning of a profound journey of remembering.

For three years I walked through a landscape of darkness, confusion and deep inner transformation. I felt as though there was a battle taking place within me.

There was the human part of me—the personality, the ego, the part that had learned how to survive, protect and make sense of the world.

And then there was something deeper.

Something ancient.

Something within me that was crying out to be heard.

My soul was calling me home.

Throughout that time, I received many messages from the spirit world. I was repeatedly told that I was experiencing a shamanic journey.

At the time, I could not possibly understand what that meant.

I simply had to walk it.

And walk it I did.

What I didn't realise then was that the journey was teaching me one of the greatest medicines I would ever receive:

to trust my own inner knowing.

Years later, I began to understand the messages I had received.

The pieces began to come together.

And so began my journey of remembrance.

I entered into the wisdom of the mineral kingdom, discovering the ancient language of crystals.

I walked with the herbal kingdom, learning from the plants.

I opened myself to the flower kingdom, where beauty, fragrance and essence became teachers.

I listened to the animal kingdom and its ancient wisdom.

And I began to deeply explore the mysteries of the Triple Goddess—the Maiden, Mother, Queen and Crone—the ever-changing cycles of womanhood, nature, death, rebirth and transformation.

I began to walk with the seasons.

To listen to the turning of the wheel.

To understand that what happens in nature is also happening within us.

As within, so without.

And the deeper I travelled, the more profound the realisation became.

The medicine I had been searching for was never outside of me.

It was within me all along.

The crystals, the plants, the flowers, the seasons, the archetypes and the ancient teachings were not giving me something I didn't have.

They were helping me remember.

Remember the wisdom held within my own body.

Remember the voice of my intuition.

Remember the language of my soul.

Remember who I was beneath the layers of conditioning, fear, expectation and survival.

And perhaps this is what the Rose has always whispered.

Remember.

Remember the sacred feminine.

Remember the wisdom of the body.

Remember the heart.

Remember that you are not broken.

You are becoming whole.

For me, the Rose became a symbol of this journey—the beauty that can emerge when we are willing to walk through our own thorns.

Because self-love is not always soft.

Sometimes self-love asks us to become incredibly brave.

Brave enough to look at the parts of ourselves we have hidden.

Brave enough to meet our shadows.

Our grief.

Our fear.

Our jealousy.

Our anger.

Our insecurities.

Our feelings of unworthiness.

The parts of ourselves we have perhaps been taught to reject.

But what if these parts are not our enemies?

What if they are simply the places within us that are still asking to be loved?

I have come to understand that our so-called lower emotions can become some of our greatest teachers.

They are messengers.

They are doorways.

They are invitations to go deeper.

And when we stop fighting them, stop judging them and begin bringing them gently into the light of loving awareness, something begins to change.

We begin to reclaim ourselves.

Piece by piece.

Layer by layer.

The shadow becomes wisdom.

The wound becomes a doorway.

The breakdown becomes a breakthrough.

And the woman who once felt shattered begins to discover that she was never truly broken.

She was being called to remember.

This is why I now walk the medicine wheel.

Why I honour the turning of the seasons.

Why I gather women in circle.

Why we journey together through the equinoxes and solstices.

Because each turning of the wheel offers us another opportunity to come home to ourselves.

Spring teaches us to awaken.

Summer teaches us to embody and expand.

Autumn teaches us to release and reclaim our sovereignty.

Winter teaches us to journey inward, to rest, to surrender and to listen.

Nature does not resist her cycles.

She does not apologise for changing.

She simply moves with the great rhythm of life.

And perhaps we are being asked to do the same.

To stop fighting who we are.

To stop abandoning the parts of ourselves that feel uncomfortable.

To stop searching outside ourselves for the medicine that lives within.

And instead…

to remember.

To remember the ancient wisdom of the body.

To remember the intelligence of the heart.

To remember the voice of the soul.

To remember the woman beneath the conditioning.

To remember our connection with Mother Earth and the great cycles of nature.

And ultimately, to remember our own medicine.

This is the work I feel called to share.

Not to tell another woman who she should become.

But to hold a space where she can begin to discover who she already is.

To walk beside her as she meets her shadows.

To honour her seasons.

To listen to her body.

To reconnect with her soul.

To reclaim the wisdom that has always lived within her.

This is the medicine of self-love.

This is the path of remembrance.

And perhaps, beneath everything we have been taught, there is an ancient truth waiting quietly within each of us:

You were never lost.

You were simply waiting to remember your way home.

🍂 AUTUMN EQUINOX — RETURN TO EARTH 🍂

As we move towards the Autumn Equinox, we begin to journey from the outward, fiery Yang energy of summer into the inward, grounding Yin energy of autumn.

This is a time to slow down, turn within, reflect and give gratitude for all that we have grown and nurtured — before beginning to sow the seeds for our next harvest. 🌿

At my Autumn Equinox retreat, we will work deeply with the element of Earth, connecting with the Root Chakra and the womb space, using the beautiful energy of crystals to help ground, nourish and support us.

Within Traditional Chinese Medicine, Earth is associated with the Spleen and Stomach, and when this element is depleted, we can experience feelings of worry, overthinking and anxiety. We will explore ways to nurture and strengthen our Earth element through seasonal nutrition, herbal teas, movement and energetic practices.

We will also gently touch upon the element of Metal, the element of autumn, exploring how we can work with the natural rhythms of this season to support our physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.

🌸 Flower essences will also be part of our journey. You’ll learn how these beautiful seasonal allies can support you through times of transition — and you’ll receive a Rhythm of Beauty flower essence to take home with you, continuing to support you as the seasons change.

Throughout the day, there will be:

🌿 Slow, grounding movement
🌿 Deep guided meditations
🌿 Drum journeying
🌿 Crystal energy work
🌿 Seasonal nutrition and herbal teas
🌿 Connection with the Earth and the changing seasons
🌿 Space to pause, reflect, release and receive

I have always felt that when we become truly connected to the cycles of nature, our body begins to speak to us. I can feel the changing energy within my own body as the seasons turn — a gentle reminder that our bodies are not separate from nature; they are nature.

When we learn to listen, we begin to understand what we need.
When we nourish ourselves, we create space for our energy to flow.
And when we honour the seasons, we begin to honour ourselves.

🍂 As within, so without.
As above, so below. 🍂

Come and spend a beautiful day reconnecting with yourself, the Earth and the wisdom of the seasons.

Work with me and the seasonal changes to truly embody your true nature. 🌹

It’s Not About Killing the Ego — It’s About Integrating It

I often hear people talk about “killing the ego” or “destroying the ego,” but I believe this is where we can misunderstand the human experience.

The ego is not something we need to destroy.

It is something we need to integrate.

Our soul is our higher consciousness — our soul light, our higher mind, the part of us that knows love, wisdom, compassion and connection.

And then there is our human personality — what we often call the ego or the lower mind.

This is where our fears, insecurities, wounds and feelings of unsafety can live. And when these unhealed places are activated, they can play out through guilt, shame, blame, control, judgement, fear, and separation.

But these parts of ourselves don’t need to be banished.

They need to be seen, understood, nurtured and brought back into wholeness.

This is what I believe true healing and spiritual growth is about: bringing more soul light into the places within us that have been living in darkness.

Because when we make decisions from an unconscious place of fear, we may react rather than respond. We may protect ourselves rather than open ourselves. We may choose from old wounds rather than from the wisdom of our soul.

But when we bring awareness, compassion and higher consciousness into those places, something begins to change.

The shadow doesn’t need to die.

It needs to be illuminated.

The ego doesn’t need to be destroyed.

It needs to be nourished by the light of the soul.

This is the integration of shadow and light.

Not becoming less human, but becoming more conscious within our human experience.

Not killing the ego…

…but bringing the soul home to the human. 🌹✨

Working in the seasons with the rhythm of beauty I can definitely feel my spleen is in need of nourishment. We are in the transition of the seasons which are reflected in our spleen and stomach. My digestion ( reflux) has been bad and my spleen has been slightly aching as I feel the earth element come in. When I look at my astrology chart I lack a lot of earth I think that’s why I was drawn to work with the mineral kingdom and nature. Also my partner is a Capricorn and both my parents are earth signs alongside my long life friend and my daughter, all very grounding for me. This time of year we may having feelings of anxiety, worry coming up which is associated with this element. We will be strengthening our earth element as well as touching on the element of metal at my autumn equinox retreat day. For breakfast to nurture my spleen I am having oats, dates and cinnamon we will touch on nutrition too. I love that my body can feel the earth changes it means I can take greater care of my body, working alongside the natural cycles and rhythms 🥰🩷🍂🍁🍂🍁🍂🍁

✨ We Are Being Called to Remember Who We Truly Are ✨

I believe we are living through a pivotal time in history — a time where we are being called, more deeply than ever, to embody our true nature.

And perhaps the way back to ourselves is not through searching outside of us, but by coming home to the heart, the soul, nature and the natural cycles of life.

When we begin to understand our own energetic system — our chakras, our life force, our connection to the Earth, the seasons and the medicine wheel — we begin to understand ourselves on a much deeper level.

We are living through what I can only describe as an extraordinary time of evolution. Consciousness is shifting, the world around us is changing rapidly, and I believe many of us can feel this within our own bodies.

Our energetic systems can feel overloaded. Our bodies are trying to catch up with the changes taking place around us.

This is why I choose to work with nature, the cosmos, the medicine wheel and the cycles of the seasons.

Nature speaks to me… and I listen. 🌿

Because it is so easy in today's world to become pulled into the noise, the fear and the chaos. And perhaps now, more than ever, we are being reminded to come back to what is real.

To slow down.

To breathe.

To listen.

To reconnect with our soul.

Our light is needed.

Have you ever questioned why you are here?

Could it be that part of our purpose is simply to carry more light into a world that can sometimes feel consumed by darkness?

Perhaps your light is needed more than you realise.

There are many of us who may feel that we have come here to do precisely this — but before we can truly bring light into the world, we must first be willing to meet our own shadows.

To bring awareness to the parts of ourselves we have hidden, rejected or been afraid to feel.

Because this is how we anchor more light into the world — through our own being, our own temple. Believe you me it is an ongoing process as we are all human that’s why it’s so important to connect to our soul regularly.

We don't do this alone.

We work with one another.

We work with nature.

We work with the cycles of the seasons.

We remember the wisdom held within the Earth and within those great teachers and spiritual traditions that have walked before us. I do believe the great Masters brought their wisdom to us for these times and I know they are guiding us now if we are still and listen.

Perhaps much of this ancient wisdom is becoming relevant again because we are being called to remember.

And maybe it is no coincidence that we are here at a time when our Earth herself appears to be moving through such profound change and transformation.

A rebirth.

A remembering.

And perhaps, as she transforms, so are we. 🌎✨

The question is not whether the world needs more light.
The question is… are we willing to become it? 🌹
