The Triple Goddess energy came to me as a message when I was having my breakthrough (dark night of the soul) amongst many other messages of course. This one stood out for me as I literally got the words maiden, mother and crone. I use to look in the mirror if I saw myself tall, slim, glamorous I knew mentally I was in for a bad day, on other days whilst looking in the mirror I would see an old woman with a crooked nose and I knew mentally I was in for a good day. The crone aspect of myself I have discovered is my most comfortable aspect, for others I know it’s their most uncomfortable one. This was showing me the maiden mask of illusion that I wore I looked good on the outside but internally I was very unhappy.
I didn’t know what this meant or who these archetypes were at the time I was only in my late twenties. But whilst I got “ better” walking through the city I saw a book with the words maiden, mother and crone written on them in the window, of course I got the book! Since then I have explored the triple goddess energy and have been working with them ever since. My maiden energy ( my younger years and my mother energy have needed the most healing).
We are all these archetypes through out our lives, the maiden energy when balanced brings in new beginnings, new hope, adventures, lightness, joyfulness, trust. The mother energy brings in nurturing, nourishment, self love/care, protection, healthy boundaries, discernment. Our crone energy teaches us our own medicine, intuition, wise wild woman, seeing beyond the veil of illusions. All archetypes are needed in balance to live a life of really knowing thyself before patterns and belief systems were placed upon us.
The good girl, the people pleaser, the giver that doesn’t recieve, the controller, manipulater, the doormat, seeking externally for validation all of the aspects of us that’s are out of balance the triple goddess energy aids us in accessing our true nature our divine feminine energy to bring the distortion back into loving presence care. We are in the Summer energy of the mother archetype this is the one that most women need the most but reject it as it feels selfish to want to give ourselves the love, nurturing nourishing presence, setting healthy boundaries, spending money ( energy) on ourselves.
After all we have to think of others before ourselves! WRONG, that’s another program to keep us tied to a loop! To keep us small, we totally need to give ourselves something back to keep our cups overflowing. The giving ourselves our energy away is old Pisces energy, we totally need to claim back our mother energy within if we don’t want to be a push over, a people pleaser, it is okay to put ourselves first after all we are no good for anyone else if we are depleted! We need to get out of the mindset that it’s wrong to have time out to tend to our inner garden, its is crucial for our whole wellbeing. When we tend our inner garden it reflects our outer garden when we start to see our own value others start to see our value. In life we should never stay stagnant repeating loops the seasons teach us this. When we work in the archetypes and the seasons we evolve each year we have a chance to transform, to expand it is only ourselves that stand in the way! Reclaim your triple Goddess energy this is the pathway to wholeness 🌹🩷⚔️♾️🌀🔥
