Due to high volume of sickness within our clinical and reception team today, we are at appointment capacity and there may be longer telephone wait times than normal.

We ask patients to only contact the Practice if you require urgent assistance that cannot wait until later in the week. Thank you for your cooperation.

In July, we had 113 appointments where patients did not attend and did not let us know.

Each missed appointment is time that could have been offered to another patient who needed it.

If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else. Even short‑notice cancellations are helpful.

Appointments can be cancelled online or via telephone.

Thank you for helping us use our limited appointments as efficiently as possible and supporting the whole practice community.
