So many people ask ‘What does acupressure help with?’

Acupressure is used to help treat many chronic conditions such as migraines and headaches, PMS, digestive disorders (Crohn’s , colitis), fatigue, insomnia, fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety and musculoskeletal pain including low back, neck and joint pain. It can help with fertility, induce labour and also help with the pain during child birth to name but a few!

Acupressure also helps to correct functional imbalances and restore the flow thus returning the body to a more natural state of wellbeing. This allows the body to heal itself as it is so fantastically designed to do!!
