Some suggested uses:- Apply to your inner wrists, along your neck, behind your ears, onto the tips of your hair, along your temples and third eye area (between the eyebrows). Great for using on acupressure points too!

🌾Chamomile essential oil - is one of the most gentle of all essential oils. It is soothing and calming to the nervous system & helps to relieve insomnia, irritability and nervousness. It acts as a gentle anti depressant and is also antispasmodic.
🌸Lavender essential oil is the most versatile & widely therapeutic all the essential oils. It is emotionally balancing, soothing, calming and helps relieve stress & nervous tension. It can be used to treat depression, irritability, insomnia and shock. It also has mild analgesic properties making it a useful oil in the treatment of headaches & migraines.
🌼Ylang Ylang essential oil - has a sweet & exotic smell, giving a base note to many scents. It’s excellent in skincare as balances the secretion of sebum, making is suitable for both dry & oily skin types. It’s both sedating & relaxing on the nervous system, helping stress related insomnia. It is also a natural treatment to reduce hair fall caused by stress & alopecia, and thinning hair. When massaged into hair follicles it stimulates hair growth. Apparently it dates back to the Victorian era where it was added to hair oil.
Other ingredients are a blend of carrier oils - Jojoba oil; Coconut oil🥥 and Cold-pressed Grapeseed oil (light & odourless with natural vitamin E)
🕉 Amethyst crystal - I’ve used an Amethyst to compliment the Crown & Brow (3rd eye) Chakras.
