On the 8th January 2015 I walked through the Slimming World Doors in Old Catton because I was fed up of being overweight. I'd previously lost 3st twice which I had gained back but I knew this time I needed to make it a lifestyle not a diet (which I still believe).

I lost 2 stone quite quickly and in the October I became a consultant. Am I at my dream weight? Unfortunately not but I am going to group each week and I believe I will get back to target this year with the help and support of my family, friends and my Slimming world family.

If you would like to lose weight but don't want to do it alone why not come along to one of my Hellesdon Groups Tuesday Evening 5:00pm & 6:30pm or Wednesday morning 9:00am & 10:30am at Hellesdon Community Centre.
