This week we have two free breastfeeding support groups running…

Come along at any stage of your feeding journey for support and community.

Our dedicated team of breastfeeding counsellors, IBCLCs, peer supporters and midwives will be there to welcome you with warm drinks and baked goods.

We aim to support you to meet your feeding goals and make informed choices throughout your feeding journey.

You can expect evidenced based information and support around breastfeeding, mixed feeding, expressing milk, starting solids, ending your breast/chestfeeding journey and more.

If you need support in the meantime, the National Breastfeeding Helpline is available 24/7 on 0300 100 0212

This week we have two free breastfeeding support groups running PLUS we will be joined by the wonderful for our Wednesday group at Stoke Holy Cross this week. Please come and join us on Wednesday if you need any support with baby wearing safely and comfortably.

On both Wednesday and Friday, our dedicated team of breastfeeding counsellors, IBCLCs, peer supporters and midwives will be on hand with a listening ear, warm drinks and evidence based information to support you at any stage of your journey.

Breastfeeding Support Norwich and Norfolk exists to support you to meet your feeding goals and make informed choices throughout your feeding journey.

You can expect evidenced based information and support around breastfeeding, mixed feeding, expressing milk, starting solids, ending your breast/chestfeeding journey and more. As well as a sense of community with our families who come regularly.
