As many of you will know, Im a huge advocate of exercise for physical and mental health, with this being a prevention of future health problems. Exercise can be in many forms and at many levels but includes all activity. Thats right, the gentle walk round the block, or gardening is all exercise. At Norfolk Health and Joint Care we seek to improve health to enable to get back to activity when joint pains limit this.
