It is designed to resonate with experienced practitioners and leaders, while inspiring early-career and pre-career attendees to consider Environmental Health as a rewarding and impactful career in local government.
Objectives of the Day
Provide a shared understanding of the current Environmental Health landscape in Norfolk.

Explore how Norfolk can attract, develop and retain Environmental Health professionals. Discussions will focus on early-career experiences, training routes, professional support, and collaborative approaches to workforce sustainability.
