We offer flexible working hours and competitive rates of pay starting from £9.00 per hour up to £12.00 per hour (depending on shift worked) which is paid weekly.

Alliance has been providing staff to a range of clientele with a variety of support needs. We supply support workers and qualified nurses (R.G.N and R.M.N). We have been mainly operating in the Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Bedfordshire Area. Currently we supply staff to Prisons, Nursing Homes, Residential Homes and Learning Disability Homes amongst others .

We are recruiting staff in the Norwich area within the Mental Health and Challenging Behaviour Industry. Within this framework we work with a varied age group from adolescents to adults.

We operate 24 hrs a day 365 days a year. We have an out of hours line 01603 446 219 ready to deal with any queries or requests and at any given time. We also work closely with training companies that train some of our client’s staff. They cover a wide range of training courses.

All staff are trained and equipped with vital skills in providing excellent care. We can offer temporary and permanent recruitment solutions and we can also facilitate temporary contracts for a defined period as per request. In the event that we see an increase in the staffing request to more significant levels we discuss offering further discounts.
