You’ll help attract new staff, ensure safe recruitment, and support training delivery across the service.

* Manage recruitment activities (job adverts, screening, interview coordination)
* Obtain and verify references
* Process pre-employment checks (DBS, right to work)
* Maintain staff records and compliance documentation
* Coordinate training using systems such as Moodle and Access Group
* Liaise with training providers including Highfield Qualifications
* Support staff inductions and onboarding
