Key Responsibilities
• Provide high‑quality personal care and support in line with individual care plans
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication prompts
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
• Travel between client homes, ensuring punctuality and reliability
Requirements
Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong communication skills and a professional, caring approach
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding standards
Right to work in the UK
