I was honoured to do this as my very first tattoo for after opening Magpie's Rest.

This is completely his idea and his symbol, of which, has a fantastic meaning.

We brainstormed to come up with a simple explanation and settled on this...
"This shape symbolises a note to my future self that, even when depression rears it's head and I feel I'm entering the loop, that I will always, eventually, make it back onto the top line"
