✨Designed for you to rest, reflect and connect, gently easing you into the weekend with a sense of inner calm…
✨You’ll be bathed in sounds from therapeutic instruments as you curl up and allow yourself to completely rest for an hour
✨Afterwards, oracle cards are provided as a source of insight & inspiration and there’s time to journal about your thoughts, feelings and anything that came up in your cards or during the soundbath (these activities are optional)
✨This is also space to quietly awaken again, ground yourself, and connect with others whilst enjoying light refreshments together before you head home feeling rejuvenated…
✨There will be herbal teas, cold cloudy lemonade, juicy strawberries to snack on and some cookies to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth
