A little finishing touch for our immunity window… 🍄✨

Yesterday’s window was very nearly finished, but our medicinal mushrooms needed their own moment.

So this morning’s job before opening: Posca pens out, coffee nearby, and one very small blackboard brought to life. 🤍

From reishi and lion’s mane to chaga, cordyceps and mushroom blends, we’ve got a brilliant selection in store — and now they have a suitably fabulous sign to match.

Because apparently we can’t just put products in a window anymore… everything needs doodles. 😂

Apparently bedazzled vitamins are a thing now… ✨

Which is rather convenient, because we happen to have our own resident rhinestone department. 😂

Ellie has been let loose on a pile of bottles and has officially proved that subtlety is overrated.

Will the sparkles make them work any better?
Absolutely not.

Will they make the supplement shelf considerably more fabulous?
Obviously. 💎✨

Clinical efficacy: unchanged.
Shelf appeal: immeasurably improved. 😆

Now the important question… which product should get the full sparkle treatment next?

New skill level unlocked! Our friends at not only have amazing organic wines and locally grown organic fresh herbs, but they also bring us our personal crystal maze challenge: to refill the tiniest necked bottle possible without spilling a drop! Today, Angela scored top marks 🤩

Something rather large, rather fluffy… and currently looking a little confused has arrived at Natural Norwich. 🧸👀

He’s been unwrapped, introduced to the shop and informed that he has a very important job coming up…

That’s all we’re saying for now. 😇

But if you’ve spotted our current window changing over the next few days, keep an eye on it — because our next display is beginning to take shape, and this chap is going to be right in the middle of it.

In almost 50 years, we’ve become pretty good at translating what our customers mean… even when what they ask for sounds slightly unexpected. 😂

From goulash to Neesha and the unforgettable request for Angus Deayton when she actually wanted, well you have to watch until the end to find out! But we usually get there in the end. 💚

There’s something very normal about a Monday morning on Exchange Street… 💚

Before the doors open, before the deliveries arrive, before someone asks whether we’ve got that thing they bought six months ago in a green box… 😂

It’s just a regular new day, unlocking our little Norwich health shop and getting ready for another week.

We’ve been doing this on Exchange Street since 1977 — and although quite a lot has changed in nearly 50 years, the important bit really hasn’t.

A proper independent shop, shelves full of things we genuinely rate, and actual people here to help you work out what you need.

If you’ve walked past us a hundred times and never quite made it through the door… consider this your invitation. 🌿
