It is part of the Reiki tradition for those who teach Reiki to hold regular Reiki Shares as part of our an-going commitment to support Reiki students. I'm very excited to be launching monthly Reiki Shares from September 🙌🙏🥰

My monthly Reiki shares include the following:

🌟 Group Reiki - receiving/giving Reiki with the other member of the group
🌟 An opportunity to discuss your Reiki journey with others
🌟 An chance to ask questions or exchange experiences with like-minded people

Generating some heart and intuition frequencies today in my therapy room....as I put the finishing touches to this peridot, rose quartz and sterling silver heart chakra mala 🪷💚🩷💚🪷

A mala has 108 beads plus a larger "guru" bead that marks the start and end of a meditation cycle or 108 Oms if you are chanting. They can also be worn as a necklace or wrapped around the wrist.

Monday crystal moment ...today I'm drawn to this intriguing gemstone which, I've had for a while but am only just exploring and appreciating. It's Coral agate (also known as agatized coral or fossil coral). To me, it looks full of amebas or cells. It's fascinating!

Science and origin

Coral agate a natural gemstone created when ancient prehistoric coral skeletons are slowly replaced by silica-rich water over 20 to 30 million years. It is not active reef coral; it is microcrystalline quartz (agate) that perfectly preserves the original coral structure. Wow!

Meaning and energy

This stone literally represents a prehistoric organism transitioning into a hard stone, so is widely used as a talisman to embrace change and personal evolution or growth.

It can be thought of holding the energetic memory of ancient seas, making it a popular tool for tapping into past-life exploration.

I'm really looking forward to using this in my practice 😊

All calm and quiet in the garden today after participating in the South Yare Art Trail 2026 over the weekend. It was lovely to me so many people and have so many lovely conversations 😊
