Every Saturday evening 7-7.30pm I send distant Reiki to anyone who needs it or is open to receiving it.

I also set an intention for healing to flow to people, places, regions in particular need which feels especially relevant at the moment unfortunately.

Please let me know if you would like me to add you or anyone you know to my list this evening. First name only is needed ☺️

You don't need to do anything to receive distant Reiki. However, in my experience, if you feel inclined to sit or lay with your eyes closed and relax, this engages you in the process and enhances the benefits. Even if it's just for 10 minutes and not the full 30 minutes.

The energy is offered up in the hope it can bring balance to mind, body and spirit. Open your mind and your heart, breathe deep, and allow the energy to flow in. Enjoy! 💫✨

I am camera shy...i don't like being filmed or having my photo taken. But I want to share more of who I am and what I do so, I'm challenging myself 🙄 Putting a face to my holistic offerings. Maybe I will get round to using the professional photos I had taken this Summer and finally start using them here on social media and my website to give more of an insight into my treatment space, my offerings...and me 🙄

Holiday reading 😊

I'm reading this on our summer break. John Lennon's 1973 song "Mind Games" is a utopian call for peace, love, and mental liberation. It focuses on expanding consciousness, shedding cynicism, and using the power of the mind and love to create a better world.

I never realised it was based on this book until I looked into it recently....has anyone read this? I'm part way through and would be very interested in trying out some of the games with someone who has read this 😊

A special thank you to my 14 year old daughter for bringing me back to John Lennon through her love of his music. Anthems of peace and love, tributes to womankind ....I'm particularly enjoying listening again in my 50's and hearing nuisances to lyrics I might not have had the maturity to fully grasp in my teens and twenties when I fell in love with his music....like 'Woman', 'Mother', 'Gimme Some Truth', 'God', 'How Do You Sleep'. Our favourite in the car at the moment is 'Beautiful Boy' 😊

I just love using my 432hz crystal harp 🥰

I'm finding it has so many uses...I'm weaving it into guided meditations, body scans, aura cleanses and to start/end a reiki treatment.

You can feel these beautiful, gentle frequencies gently vibrating around and through you ✨💫

Today, I'm using it within an Embodied Processing session to help drop out of the head and connect with the body.
