I thought I would take a moment today to tell you all that Reiki is back on the menu!!

I stopped offering it when I finished all my physical therapies a while ago, but Reiki is just something that has always been calling me back. It’s been part of my life for over 20 years and, honestly, I can’t go without sharing its wonderful calming and supportive energy.

You can enjoy Reiki as a stand alone session, or add a calming half an hour of Reiki to your hypnotherapy session.

A beautiful space to pause, breathe and simply be. 💚

Hey everyone! Just a little reminder that there is NO Wymondham Sound Bath tonight.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined me last week at the early Wymondham and also Gt Hockham sessions. Back to normal times next month! There was a real sense that many of us needed some time to simply pause, breathe and just be. I hope you’re all continuing to enjoy the calming benefits of sound and are taking a little of that peaceful feeling with you into the weeks ahead. 🎶 See you next month! 😊

This time last week it was a pleasure to deliver a private sound bath for this lovely group of ladies in a stunning garden. It was very warm and I don’t think the weather has changed a bit in the last week! ☀️ The sounds of nature as well as a gorgeous chime made it all the more magical and relaxing.
