Lock down update! We are still here for your health needs but with some changes.

Acupuncture is still available as per current laws and confirmation with British Acupuncture Council - appointments are available Thursday to Saturday either in Norwich or if you'd rather home visits may be possible on request.

Qi Gong - weather permitting, outdoor, 1-1 or small group lessons will be available at suitable locations.

Unfortunately the drop in service at The Rub on Pottergate is suspended during lock down.

Thursdays and Saturdays for drop in massage via Rub and Fridays for Acupuncture, acupressure massage and Qi gong!

WE ARE OPENING TOMORROW, THURSDAY 16TH JULY! :-)

Yes, Mr Chris will be our first practitioner back in the shop - so please be gentle with him!
PLEASE DO NOTE OUR NEW GUIDELINES, which will be up on our shop too:

- All surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised between clients.
- We will be wearing a mask and visor
- All customers are required to wear a mask (we have disposables if you do not have one)
- Only ONE person in at a time. Another person MAY be able to wait in our backroom, if it is not in use. You are welcome to pop your head in to ask what time to come back.
- Hand sanitiser is available for you to clean your hands upon entry
- We will ask for your name & contact no for Track & Trace purposes, which we are required to do
- We have disposable cups for your use so that you can still have your drink after water after your massage
- The bathroom is not available for customer use
- CARD PAYMENTS ONLY

Really can not wait to get back!

I thought I'd send you all a quick update as things are starting to change and we cautiously come out of lockdown....

So many shops will be reopening again from tomorrow, Monday 15th June. Sadly, will not be one of those shops, as clearly we cannot do our job at a safe 2m distance!
We think that we may be able to open early July, however we are, of course, waiting for further government guidelines for confirmation on this.

When we do come back, there are likely to be some changes, to keep you & ourselves safe. We will update you with these changes nearer the time, when we know that we can open.
So for now, I afraid you will have to wait a little longer for your Rub ... sorry!

Given the more consistent good weather I'm going to start offering my qi gong lessons again but outside!

Provided you have a suitably sized garden or near by outdoor space for distancing then I'm happy to teach you.

Dragon Acupuncture and Healing is still here for any of your wellbeing needs.

I'm seeing a lot of posts about mental health; anxiety, stress, depression and sleeplessness especially. It is as important as ever to stay healthy at the moment and that includes mentally.

Along side the usual services I will also be offering short tretaments (30min) to improve immunity using the prevention protocols used by TCM practitioner in China during this outbreak. (Acupuncture or acupressure plus I've added some qi gong)

For any who do not wish to venture in to Norwich (not that there are many here!) I may be able to arrange home visits or treat you at my own home where I have a room temporarily set up. Alternativley many of the qi gong and meditative practices can be discussed and demonstrated online.
