I barely ever get to see freshly healed brows after the 6-8 week touch up, so when the lovely came in for a facial 6 weeks after her 12-18 month touch up, I couldn’t wait to get a photo of her powder brow healed!

We were just about to do a brow lam so they are un plucked and totally un touched- and still looking stunning!

Powder brows can add beautiful structure without looking heavy if done correctly- these should keep her going for atleast a year and let me tell you, the excitement I feel for wedding brows when it’s time (as she’s now engaged OMG🎉)!

Natural hairstrokes whilst adding shape and correcting asymmetry issues from an over active frontalis muscle on one side ✨

✨ Why one brow arches higher and how PMU can help ✨
Ever notice one brow sitting a little higher or with more of an arch?
That’s usually down to the frontalis muscle — it lifts your brows but doesn’t always pull evenly, so one side can be stronger.

Covering old SPMU with fluffy hair-strokes 🤍

Absolutely obsessed with how these gorgeous brows turned out, we wanted natural but to achieve a thicker shape than previously done and Omg how amazingly natural do these look?! The powder brow previously done was faded enough to attempt more hair-strokes, and whilst we will see how they heal at the 6-8 week touch up, we were so happy that we managed to achieve a beautifully thick hairstroke look 🥰

Cosmetic tattooing is a two step procedure, I can’t wait to see how these babies heal, and when working over old work, it’s not always 10000% that hairstrokes will take and not blend into older work, which is why old work needs to be faded enough to be able to achieve a more natural fluffy result 💗

A question I hear often is: “Am I too old for cosmetic tattooing?”
The answer is no! there isn’t an age limit.

As we get older, our brows naturally change. Hair growth can slow down, tails may thin or disappear, and the colour can fade, leaving brows looking sparse or uneven. Because brows frame the face, these changes can have a big impact on how our features are balanced and how “open” or defined our expression looks.

Can you believe these brows aren’t tattoo’d?! …

My lovely client wasn’t quite ready to jump into Cosmetic Tattooing but wanted to magic up a tail to her brows alongside her lash lift, using hybrid stain we created the most stunning brow shape that isn’t permanent to tip toe into hat it would be like to have brows! We were blown away! What a difference!

Let’s talk brow correction ☁️..

This lovely client came in to me feeling like her brows lacked shape and felt like, in her words.. “they’re just there”. She popped in for a consultation so I could have a look at what we might need to do to correct her brows, and I noticed instantly, that the front of her brows were missing quite a lot of hair and didn’t match up with her nose, so in other words they were not framing her face!

I drew in a few small hair strokes at the front and she couldn’t believe how this small change meant her eyebrows were adding structure to her face! We also added in a slight arch to lift her brows and tame down the more rounded brow shape she naturally had 🤍

We opted in the first session to only add in a couple of hair strokes at the front (pretty common practice for me) to see how they heal as to not over pack in hair strokes that might migrate and blur. When she’s back for her 6-8 week we may add in more strokes so add even more definition but in the first session I ALWAYS start with less is more!

Just holy air ball, look at that change in her brows!
