πŸ’œπŸ’œ Strengthening Women 2026 πŸ’œπŸ’œ The secret to our 30-minute workout is our machines - let's take a closer look at the rotary torso machine πŸ”₯ – it often feels like a tricky one to handle, it's mighty tough (when you get it right) and your face will tell that tale!

It works the oblique muscles which unite with your other core muscles to keep your middle tight and under control... you DON'T need those special knickers to do this, you have muscles!.

Talking of knickers, these muscles are the ones that give you the sexy v which will launch your lingerie modelling career... However, if you've got other things to do in life a strong core means;
πŸ’œ Strong balance to make everyday tasks easier - anything involving lifting and turning is made easier when these muscles are there to support you (even sitting will be easier…)

πŸ’œ Gemma's been a member since April 2024. As a yoga teacher she knows how important Strength Training is and really wanted to lead by example and give it its proper place in her daily routine. She teaches yoga in various locations and fits her workouts around her classes. Not having to book and knowing she will only be 30-minutes makes it all doable and she loves taking that time for herself in an environment where she gets the support of the Coaches instead of the other way around 😁

πŸ’­ Women's thoughts about their bodies and their performance in the gym can be detrimental to them actually making progress. One of the most important lessons we teach about Strength πŸ’ͺ Training is that to get Stronger, first you must fail. It's how our bodies work.

πŸ’ͺ Who doesn't want Strong arms? The bicep tricep machine is probably one of the most popular on the circuit, maybe influenced by our Coaches’ passion for "Strong guns"

When you first start using this machine it feels like you have noodles for arms but due to its design to specifically work the biceps and the triceps only, you will quickly notice a difference during your workouts.

πŸ’₯ Before very long you will notice ACTUAL MUSCLES that you will want to show off ! (And hopefully someone else notices and tells you because there’s nothing nicer than being told ya got muscles or look Strong!)

😎 The phrase "Suns out guns out" will bring a whole new meaning to you!
