Just a few months ago, I was struggling with my knee, and my surgeon told me I had to lose 4 stones before I could have an operation that I needed. After getting over my initial anger (surely I wasn't THAT overweight!) I realised that he was doing it for my benefit, as the risks were greater the heavier I was, and the recovery likely to be slower. He recommended the 1:1 diet and I started just before Christmas. I lost 1 stone within 3 weeks!!! I couldn't believe it. I've found the diet so good that I decided to spread the word and become a consultant. I'm available for virtual consultations UK-wide or Face to Face consultations in Nottingham.
