Over the past few months, I've been a little quieter on social media, and I wanted to let you know why.

Life has brought some health challenges and a few difficult personal months, and I made the conscious decision to step away from the pressure of creating content. My cup had well and truly overflowed, and I knew it was time to practise what I so often encourage others to do – pause, breathe, reset, and restore.

Although I've been quiet online, I haven't stopped working. I've continued supporting my wonderful patients, doing what I love every day. The only thing I stepped back from was social media, so I could focus on what mattered most: my health, my wellbeing, and my family.

As a practitioner, I truly believe we can't pour from an empty cup. Sometimes we have to give ourselves the same care, compassion, and healing that we so freely offer to others. I've been leaning into the very therapies, mindfulness, and self-care practices that I share with my patients, and they've helped me find my balance again.

Nature has also been a gentle reminder that every season has its purpose. Sometimes we bloom, and sometimes we rest. Both are equally important.

I'm feeling ready to reconnect, share, and be a little more present here again. Thank you to everyone who has continued to support me, whether quietly or from afar. Your kindness means more than you know.

Here's to moving forward with renewed energy, a fuller heart, and a cup that's no longer overflowing. 💚
