CCH Group

CCH Group We’d like to take a minute to introduce ourselves. Our name is CCH Group.

We are made up of 32 companies, but have one vision: to become the best place to work in care.

02/06/2026

The South Region started it.

The North Region responded. 👀

The CCH Group Leadership Roadshows rolled into the North this week and, alongside the strategy, business updates and leadership conversations, there was one challenge everyone was focused on...

The CCH dance challenge.

Safe to say the North brought the energy.

But behind the dance moves, laughter and catwalk moments is something bigger: a culture where people feel connected, supported and able to be themselves.

South went first.
North stepped up.
Central... you're next. 👀

Huge congratulations to our incredible teams and colleagues who have been recognised in the Stars of Social Care Awards

We're proud to share that CCH Group has been shortlisted for Outstanding Home Care Provider, recognising the dedication, compassion and expertise shown across our services.

Alongside this, four brilliant colleagues have reached the national finals:

Margaret Whelan – Awesome Administrator Award
Chloe Ripley – Dedicated Home Care Coordinator Award
Jacqueline Woods – Inspirational Home Care Manager Award (North)
David Norris – Fabulous Frontline Leader

We'd also like to congratulate Bristol Court Extra Care Scheme, who were regional finalists in The Autism & Learning Disability Team Award category. Reaching the regional finals is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the specialist support, teamwork and commitment they bring to the people they support.

Together, these achievements highlight the incredible people and teams who make a difference across CCH Group. From frontline care and coordination to leadership and operational support, they represent the very best of social care.

On Friday 12 June, we'll be heading to London for the national finals to celebrate alongside colleagues from across the sector.

Good luck to all our finalists. We'll be cheering you on every step of the way!

There’s more to social care than most people ever see.

At CCH Group, we see extraordinary people full of talent, creativity, humour and personality every single day.

That’s why we’re proud to support Homecare's Got Talent 2026.

Last year, CCH team leader David McDonald entered with a simple video filmed on his phone.

Months later, he was performing in front of thousands of people and recording at the iconic Abbey Road Studios.

A reminder that the people working in social care are capable of incredible things.

If you’ve got a hidden talent, this is your sign to go for it.

Entries close on 31st May 2026.

Leadership Conference 2026: Reset. Restore. Accelerate.

Last month, leaders from across CCH Group came together to talk about the future of care, our People First culture and the feedback our teams have shared across the organisation.

There was huge energy in the room and a real sense that CCH Group is building momentum together.

Watch some of the highlights from the day.

The CCH finance team strikes again 🙂

To support Wear It Green Day for Mental Health Awareness Week, the Nottingham finance team fully committed to the challenge and somehow turned the office into a cross between a rainforest and a fancy dress convention.

Highlights included Kristina Parslow appearing as a giant green caterpillar, Megin Walker as a green dinosaur and Darren Whitmarsh rocking a shiny green tracksuit paired with an impressively dodgy moustache.

Behind the chaos, the day was all about raising awareness and support for mental health, encouraging people to talk openly, support one another and remind colleagues that nobody has to face things alone.

A brilliant effort from everyone involved including David Bryan, Andrew Jeavons and Azba Khan

(Although it may take us a while to recover from the tracksuit and Darren’s new 'tache definitely needs its own risk assessment.)

Some of the most advanced nursing care in Britain is happening behind ordinary front doors.

Across CCH Group, our nurses support people with some of the most complex clinical needs imaginable, helping them stay safe, independent and with their families at home.

Every day, our nurses make critical decisions and deliver highly specialised care that many people would never realise is taking place in living rooms and bedrooms across the country.

Our Complex Community Nurses train and support care professionals to deliver advanced clinical care with confidence, including supporting people with tracheostomies, ventilators and NG tubes.

They help prevent hospital admissions and support safe discharge from hospital. And they help families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

This International Nurses Day, we want to say a huge thank you to every one of our nurses.

For their skill, their compassion and the extraordinary level of care they deliver every single day.

This is Holly.

At Gascoigne House Extra Care Scheme in Leeds, her life is busy in the best way. Shopping, changing her hair colour, music, comedy, days out and spending time with her friends.

Holly has cerebral palsy and communicates using her eyes. But that doesn’t stop her living a full, active life and being part of the world around her.

(Huge shoutout to Branch Manager Nicola Cuthbertson, plus care professionals Emma, April, Alex, Chantelle, Lisa and Temi, who are always there with Holly bringing the energy, the laughs and the chaos.)

At CCH Group, we know that great Extra Care is about helping people live the life they want to live. Staying connected to their community, building confidence, trying new things and enjoying the moments that matter.

It’s a privilege to be part of Holly's world...and we’re incredibly proud of her.
