Jodi took this week’s Thursday yoga class, and brought her own style, energy and enthusiasm to the group. Jodi is doing 100 squats a day during August to raise money for Cancer Research, and of course, she took this opportunity to get the yogi’s to join in. All Thursday’s class fees were donated to cancer research. Namaste ~ Suzie 🙏

We held our Thursday morning yoga practice outside today. Clear blue skies, dragonflies, no music, just the sound of birdsong. Re-connecting with nature. Namaste 🙏 ~Suzie

Just a few minutes at the end of a busy hot day brings your body back to balance. Lay sideways close to the wall and swing your legs up as you swivel into position…. Bliss! ☺️
