Walked past yesterday.. was so cool to see some of my plants on display for sale.. Opuntia Monocantha Variegata to be precise.. I tried to take some more photos but the reflection was too much for my camera

This shop is like plant royalty to me so sorry if I sound like I'm fan-boying, but I am 🙏🏾💚💪🏾🫡🌵

I've sold quite a few Echinopsis Cacti recently.. this is basically what's left!

I've decided not to sell the sulcorebutias as they are just too awesome to part with 🙈🙈

Wish me luck because I'm getting a new greenhouse this week 🫡🙏🏾

My living room will still be a plant factory but the needs to be rehoused as I need to be able to move inside my own home 😬💀

Plus, I don't heat my house (part of my personal rewilding efforts!) so I'm hoping a heated greenhouse means more growth throughout winter

Oh and I've got another 500 or so Cacti coming in a week, too 👀👀

A Stone's Throw Sherwood now have our plants in stock - alongside an absolutely wonderful selection of pots & planters 🥰😍

(And I have to say, the shop is much larger than what you see at first glance.. it's the kind of place we would really miss if it wasn't there, so please to keep places like this bustling well into the future..)

This gorgeous lot is being delivered to A Stone's Throw Gift Shop in later today..

There's all sorts.. Snake Plants, Spider Plants, Aloe Plants, Monstera Aureas, Cacti, Succulents..

I just LOVE getting pictures like this from my customers old & new..

Sharing the joy of plants is what I'm all about, so when people do it back, it's even joyouser! 👀🤭

I also came up with a new business name this AM.. "The Cactus Factory! 🌵🌵 What a nice ring it has to it! Watch this space..!

It was inspired by my living room when I walked in this AM, which is currently quite literally a cactus factory at the moment!

I'm currently looking for land (or people's gardens!) where I can out a polycarbon greenhouse to expand the cacti & succulents even more. I've had to chill on the propagation because I simply have no more space - so sad! 🤣🤣

A lovely lady came to me last week through FB marketplace - she was virtually in tears, bless her! It was a gift to her late husband & the family had been growing this beast for over a decade! I'd be crying too, trust me..

Her Roadkill Cactus - Opuntia Rubescens - had toppled over & out of her window! The fall broke most of the pads (which the customer had then attempted to fix back using pins.. which had then caused further damage & rot..!)

Thankfully, she brought it to me just in time & I was able to chop away all the rot & salvage many decent pads and a big part of the original too

Time will tell if my attempts have been successful, but I am hopeful that most of these repots will do just fine

If you have a houseplant that is dear to you and it needs repotting or salvaging in anyway, please drop me a message and if I can help, I will. I charged this lady £20 and spent at least 2 hours on it (but she bought a load of other plants too, so I was happy to give her a discounted rate on the work)

Well, the clearance sale went well yesterday as I sold the biggest plant I had in! (Creating space was the objective.. achieved!)

Plus around 30 cacti & succulents.. woohoo!

Now, I don't usually do personal deliveries, but when your star customer wants the biggest, baddest plant you have then you have to step up..

So I lugged this beast by hand to its final destination 🥵💪🏾 That's my fortnightly workout done haha!
