10 years ago, I decided to go back to college and study Beauty Therapy. I was the oldest person and by far the most uncool and geekiest girl there, but from the very beginning, I loved it! It was so motivating and inspiring to discover that you can make people so happy through beauty treatments. But the job was not yet complete…The next task was my unruly sideburns! The hair on my face felt like the worst thing in the world, it seemed so unnatural and manly. My unhappiness stemmed from people pointing them out, this really added to the insecurities I already had. I had tried bleaching them, hiding them, exposing them but they were still there and refused to be tamed. After much research and saving what felt like a truck load of pennies I decided to bite the bullet and get laser hair removal on my face. It was soul uplifting, I can't express how much it boosted my confidence. Small things we take for granted like tying our hair in a pony tail, were now possible for me. I have set up a clinic room in Toton, Nottingham and take bookings via appointment and walk ins, with a free consultation.
