Parking is available in the local area but for those who rely on the bus service, the C2 park and Ride takes you within a 2 minute walking distance of the shop. The Studio is registered by the Local Authority and offers a very a clean and hygienic premises with strict procedures in place to maintain a clinical environment. Whilst other tattoo studio’s will boast about there equipment being autocla
ve cleaned, we don’t take any risks and always use new needles and tips that have been pre-sterilised and never used on anyone else. We believe that our customers should get the very best customer service before, during and after the Tattoo procedure. We will spend as long as possible developing your ideas into a piece of art that is worthy of a place on your skin. Although we can copy designs you come in with and place them onto your body happily, we feel that by improving those designs, customising or even suggesting something completely different we can create something that is tailored for you. Please feel free to pop into the Studio between working hours to discuss idea’s you may have with no pressure to buy. We offer a very comfortable and laid back atmosphere and welcome all members of the community into our doors. Big Chris: After studying Art and Design all his life, he used his college years to develop the skills he had and to feed his creative appetite by pursuing Art and Design in further education. Whilst at college he learnt to be adaptable with many different media’s and subjects whilst developing a very high understanding of conceptual pieces. He would spend hours drawing, painting or melting lead onto a canvas with a blow torch to try and achieve different techniques with a high sense of realism. He later moved onto university and studied Architecture designing everything from energy efficient housing, office blocks, lap dancing clubs all the way to medium sized skyscrapers. Unlike most conventional architects, he designed every part of the building from the outer skin, right down to the structural framework of a building. Unfortunately his creativity took a back seat as demand for ecologically friendly buildings grew and strict controls were handed down by the government. With his architectural and creative background, he can be as adventurous as you want whilst still having a high attention to detail. He enjoys every aspect of tattooing and due to the high standards he sets himself he can often spend hours making a design a truly unique one off piece. If you come in with something he is not familiar with, he will spend time researching the topic making sure the design is correct conceptually and visually. He is a very professional, polite, friendly bloke who gets on with everyone providing they haven’t got an attitude. He enjoys talking with his clients about anything from politics all the way to the X factor and can offer advice with any issues, seeing tattooing as therapy but instead doodles on your skin rather then a piece of paper.
