My first corporate yoga. Job today it’s strange when you imagine how it’s going to be and it turns out totally different! Amazing day with lovely people expecting to be teaching a yoga class that was for corporate people and quite serious and everyone in the class is so happy and chatty and even though quite young when you go into a downward dog most of them sigh like oh god we have got to do some work and everything you do has them in giggles makes me really wonder why I’m not teaching laughter yoga!! Amazing day thank you so much Amy Goulden for inviting me to teach for you guys. You all are amazing!!
