Back by popular demand – Yoga on the Beach is back!

Our last Yoga on the Beach session was a complete sell-out, so we're delighted to be bringing you TWO more sessions!

📅 Friday 7th August 7pm-8pm
📅 Thursday 10th September 6pm-7pm

Join us for a relaxing, beginner-friendly yoga session on the beach. Whether you're completely new to yoga or simply looking for a peaceful way to unwind, this gentle class focuses on simple movements, stretching, relaxation and mindfulness – all while enjoying the calming sound of the waves.

✨ Please bring your own towel or yoga mat, as we'll be practising directly on the sand. As we'll be embracing the Great British outdoors, don't forget to dress for the weather and bring any extra layers you may need.

Take some time for yourself, breathe in the fresh sea air, and leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and ready for the days ahead.
