"These are my own personal results so far 🤩 All while being on the awesome Acti weightloss healthy lifestyle plan.... 😁
First picture with winnie pooh pj top on was Taken January, I weighed 15st 11lb Size 18,
I had 0% Confident or body esteem to be honest with you all I hated my body, I would never take full length pictures I would forever cover up in baggy tops and leggings.... 🙄
Now fast forward to March. I am now 13st 2lb Down to size 12 in jeans that's not happened in the past 9-10years and 14 in shirts, gone down in bra size only down fall lol 🤦‍♀️ 100% Body Confident I now wear bikini's, nice skinny jeans and nice fitted tops now take full length selfies can't stop me now.... 😍
I finally love myself I'm so proud of myself Feeling so much healthier and fitter don't get out of breath as quick If I can do it you can..."
