Volunteered some time today to help promote wellbeing and preventative health at his boxing academy.🏃‍♂️🥊

Several patients had blood pressure and blood sugar checks🩺

One constant theme today was patients having supplies of vitamin D3 at home but no one was taking it 😳 🙈

Hopefully some good take home points and increased awareness to have an annual NHS health check.👍🩺
