led everyone through an ice breaker exercise.
She could tell people were particularly nervous about the movement practise and so started by getting everyone to walk around the space to music and when the music stopped to find a partner.
Before saying a word they had to stare at each other in the eyes and then talk afterwards! Helping people to connect on a deeper level, become more aware of their thoughts and discomforts and learning about each other before speaking to let the body talk!
Then we did a dance to 'I Lived' to empower everyone to follow their dreams and desires with joy, love and happiness.
Getting the endorphins flowing, connecting to the body and helping us become a little more free in ourselves.
Everyone did so well at getting out of their comfort zones and a lot of people surprised themselves with how much they enjoyed it too, despite being nervous!
