My client came in with one main concern, hollowness beneath her eyes.

In her case, focusing on the tear trough wasn’t my first step. The under eye is closely linked to the support of the cheek and midface.

After an in depth consultation, we planned first to treat the cheeks to restore support through the middle third. This created a smoother transition towards the under eye area. We then carefully addressed the remaining tear trough with Redensity 2.

The aim was never to change my client’s face. It was to soften the hollowing while keeping her natural proportions intact.

I presented two options.

My client already had filler present which was contributing to heaviness and an uneven transition through the lower face.

👉🏽Option one: dissolve and reset.
👉🏽Option two: retain the existing filler and, where appropriate, strategically work around it to improve the transitions, symmetry and overall facial balance.

She chose option two.

Careful placement allowed me to soften the existing transitions and create a more harmonious balance through the chin and jaw, without dissolving and starting again.

Sometimes dissolving is absolutely the right approach. Sometimes, with the right assessment, we can work with what’s already there.

My patient came in with one concern: his under eyes.

In his case, treating the tear trough alone would have improved the hollowing, but it wouldn’t have addressed the natural changes in facial volume and support that were contributing to the under eye appearance.

After an in depth consultation, we agreed to blend his middle third to create the most natural outcome.

The tear trough was treated, alongside cheek augmentation using a high G prime HA dermal filler to restore structural support. This also allowed me to create a smoother transition.

My job is to respect your natural anatomy and maintain your identity. The aim is never to make somebody look overdone or overfilled.

Opening a new clinic in a new city.
starting from zero.

But with a very clear vision of the standard of clinic I truly wanted to build.

I wanted ReAge to be A place where people feel listened to, where treatments have purpose, and where results, safety and care are never an afterthought.

Six months in, I’ve had the privilege of meeting and treating so many incredible people. Some have walked through the doors with concerns that have affected their confidence for years, and being able to play even a small part in changing that is something I’ll never take for granted.
