Public Appeal for Help:
Assistance Needed to Move a Roller Shutter Door at Oldbury Cottage Care Farm
We are reaching out to our wonderful community for support!
At Oldbury Cottage Care Farm we are dedicated to providing meaningful work and activities for adults with learning disabilities, and we’re in need of assistance with an important task.
We have a manual roller shutter door that needs to be moved to enable us to carry on with building our sensory room.
However, it’s quite large and heavy, so we’re looking for volunteers with the tools, equipment, and experience to safely assist with the task.
Can you help?
We would greatly appreciate any assistance, whether it’s physical support in moving the door, or providing tools or equipment needed for the job. Every bit of help makes a difference and will directly support the adults we care for.

• What’s needed: Volunteers to assist with moving the roller shutter door, tools or equipment (such as wrenches, screwdrivers, or power drills), and any safety gear like gloves.
