How I'd like to be remembered as a therapist has nothing to do with followers, awards or being seen in the right places.
I'd like to be remembered as someone who always put clients first.
Someone who was honest.
Someone who didn't chase trends or copy what everyone else was doing.
Someone who practised with integrity.
Someone who cared and took their time, gave their time freely.
Someone who treated people as individuals, not just appointments in a diary.
Someone who supported other practitioners rather than competing with them.
Someone who advocated for others.
Who replied to messages from practitioners who needed help, without needing to shout about it.
Someone who cared deeply about the work, the responsibility that comes with it and the people who trusted me.
Because long after the trends, the noise and the industry hype have gone, those are the things that really matter.
Thank you to all my cheerleaders and supporters. 💗
