We accept self referrals as well as those from GP's, Medical Legal Companies and Insurance Companies. We are currently registered with Pruhealth, Aviva, Cigna, Simply Health, WPA and all cash plan providers. All our Physiotherapists are trained in Pilates and therefore have expert knowle

dge in how posture and exercise and help prevent and rehabilitate injuries. We also have a Physiotherapist trained in Western Acupuncture who can offer advice and treatment regarding pain management. ReCoop Health is also the base of Inner Kalm which provides complementary therapy such as Shiatsu, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear candles and more. All our therapists are registered with recognised governing bodies ensuring they are undergoing continual professional develop. This ensures you will receive the best evidence based care. Physiotherapists are HPC and CSP registered.
