This is something very important to us at the Blue Sky Centre and we would like to remind everyone that is it okay to not be okay. Reaching out for support from a friend, family member or support agency is really important.

Some people are fighting battles you can’t see so remember to be kind🩵

Sometimes, as survivors, we can be harder on ourselves than others are on us. Or, we may deeply internalize the cruel myths and scrutiny that survivors face.

Whatever it is that has led you to question, doubt, or discredit yourself, it is not true. You are 100% valid and you are safe here.
