🌿 Saturday NHS Health Check Clinics – Now Running!

We’re pleased to announce that Saturday NHS Health Check clinics are now being added to our services. If you’re aged 40–74 and don’t already have a long‑term condition, you may be eligible for a free NHS Health Check — a simple way to understand your health, reduce future risks, and get personalised advice.

❓️Who NHS Health Checks are for
Adults aged 40–74

👍Not already diagnosed with heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, or high blood pressure

❓️What the Health Check includes:

đź’«Blood pressure
đź’«Height, weight & BMI
đź’«Cholesterol blood test
đź’«Diabetes risk assessment
đź’«Lifestyle review
đź’«Personalised advice to help you stay healthy

❓️Why it matters
An NHS Health Check can help spot early signs of:

🚫Heart disease
🚫Stroke
🚫Diabetes
🚫Kidney disease

It’s a quick, preventative MOT that helps you stay well for the future.

đź“… Booking your appointment
Eligible patients are being invited in small batches, so you may receive a message soon.

If you’ve tried to book but no slots were available, don’t worry —
new Saturday clinics are added most weeks, so please check back regularly.

*PLEASE NOTE*
These clinics are ran by our PCN and not by our practice staff, the GP surgery services remain closed on Saturdays. This is strictly NHS Health Check only, not GP/Nurse Appointments or general surgery queries

🌟 Great News — Our GP Team Is Growing!

We’re delighted to announce that another GP is joining our practice, which means we’ve been able to open even more appointments for our patients. This expansion strengthens our clinical team and helps us offer faster access, more choice, and continuity of care for our community.

🩺 More Appointments Available

With our new GP starting, we’ve increased the number of face‑to‑face and telephone appointments across the week. This means shorter waits and more flexibility when you need us.

📝 Registration Is Still Open

If you’re looking for a supportive, friendly, and growing GP surgery, you can register with us today
Pop into the practice for a form or register online via our website.

🤝 Welcome to Our New GP
We’re excited to welcome Dr Okasha to the team, joining Dr Bal, Dr Batra, Dr Sohail, Dr Aojoula, Mercy, Nurse Alex and Nurse Jenny! We are glad to have you on the team and continue building a service that puts our community first.
