Always investing in our team

Earlier this week we met the first of our new fleet. Our EEAST friends might recognise them.

These vehicles have stretchers in the middle that are self loading electric strykers, a really nice logical layout, 360 cameras to help parking and have wait for it.... working radios and can connect to your phones for spotify 🎉

Over the next few months we will be gradually replacing some of our fleet to have 4 of these for day to day events, leaving 2 big Mercs for motocross events.

Our season is booked and busy so we are expanding our staff.

We are looking for Emergency Care Assistants, Ambulance Technicians, and Paramedics working in the NHS as well as for the first time FREC 4 First Responders for stadium work.

We are a Care Quality Commission registered provider that has a portfolio of over 400 events per year all over the country, ranging from music concerts, sporting events, motorsport racing, personal protection, festivals, fireworks displays, cultural events, county shows and more!

Proud to have provided medical and water safety cover at the Grafman Triathlon this weekend!

A fantastic event, great atmosphere, and plenty of determination on display. Thankfully, most athletes only needed water, grit, and a strong finish—not our services! 😅

We were proud to provide two defibrillators to Ely Running Club last month ⚡️🚑

This one felt especially meaningful. One of their runners, Ali, suffered a cardiac arrest at home, and two of our own clinicians were the duty HEMS team that responded to him by helicopter. Seeing him now alive, well, and back with his running community is a powerful reminder of why early intervention and access to lifesaving equipment matters.

Wishing Ali and everyone at Ely Running Club many safe miles ahead. ❤️🏃🏼‍♀️

With our crews at and site medical cover for we have definitely worked hard and thrown in a few snacks and ice creams on the way🍦.
