Spiral is a women’s circle, facilitated by MindEmbodywild and held in Exton Village Hall, offering a calm, welcoming space to slow down, come back into the body, and listen inward.
It’s a place to step out of busyness and into a more natural rhythm, one rooted in presence, honesty, and gentle attention.
Across the year, Spiral follows the turning of the seasons and weaves together myth, symbolism, simple ritual, and somatic practices as ways of exploring our inner landscapes. Much of this year’s journey is inspired by Women Who Run With the Wolves, not as a book club, but as a lived, embodied exploration, allowing stories to be felt, sensed, and integrated through the body rather than analysed.
Each circle is fully guided and stands alone, so you can join at any point. Over the last year, a sense of continuity and community has naturally formed, with shared language, trust, and depth growing gently from gathering to gathering.
A circle may include:
• A gently held sharing space (sharing is always optional)
• Story, guided journeys, and symbolism
• Simple somatic or body-based practices
• Nature-inspired ritual and time to integrate
Spiral is for women who feel drawn to slow down, reconnect with themselves and others, and build relationship with their instinct and intuition, listening to what the body is quietly communicating.
No prior experience is needed, and there is nothing to prepare, you’re welcome just as you are.
