The Hair Tailors in Oakham, previously Hair Design has been taken over by me, Sally after working here for 16 years! We have Lisa, Fiona, Lindsey, Lauren & myself working as part of our team. So we are able to cater for your every need, from a quick trim to a full wedding party of up-do's. We also have a wide variety of hair colours by Paul Mitchell, as well as stocking Paul Mitchell and Moroccan

Oil products. We are open from Tuesday through to Saturday and we can also do evening appointments upon request.

The news we have been waiting for , 12th April the doors will be open again.

For all colour services it is now mandatory to have a patch test 48 hours prior to your first appointment, please contact us to arrange your patch test.

So with another heavy heart our doors are closed again,we are both absolutely gutted. We don't know anymore information at this time, so all we can do is wish you all to be safe and stay healthy. Soon as we know more we will be in touch with.
We would like to thank you for your continued support at this trying time, but we will be back one day soon .

Not long now😬
Here are some guidelines for your appointment.
- only attend your appointment if your feeling well and show no symptoms of Covid.
- come to your appointment alone and on time.
- ring the door bell and wait outside until we invite you in.
- please use the hand sanitizer provided in reception.
- we will legally be wearing visors.
- all equipment and stations will be sterilised in between each client.
- the will be no magazines or refreshments, except bottled water.
- the salon will be well ventilated.
- we will be following 2 metre social distancing where possible (obviously not when we are doing your hair tho 😬)

Due to the added expense of all the measures we have had to take, there will be a £2.00 surcharge on all appointments going forward. These measures have been taken for everybody's safety and our own.

As of the 4th July we can officially open the doors again, we have checked all the government guidelines and we are now getting appointments coming in. You can call the salon still or contact me direct either by phone or text to get booked in .

It is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to temporarily close the salon.
It’s not been an easy weekend deciding what to do , but with social distancing it is impossible for us in our job.

We want to protect ourselves,our families and of course our clients who we cherish. It’s not about they money it’s about everybody’s safety at this uncertain time.

I would like to thank my partner in crime Carla Cade, Who is always by my side keeping me inline and keeping me organised.❤️.

I will be calling all our lovely clients over the next few days and will continue to keep you all updated.

Thank you for all your continued support hopefully this will soon be over and normal life will resume.

Evening everyone.

We are business as usual at this uncertain time, we are taking all the government advice and ensuring everything is clean and sterile for your visit. We want to keep things as normal as possible but are taking extra measures to ensure your visits are germ free .

As me and Carla are self employed we intend to do our upmost to protect ourselves and our clients.
