JoJo Reflexology

JoJo Reflexology Reflexology is a specific pressure technique that works on precise reflex points on the hand or feet. www.jojoreflexology.com

Following illness, stress, injury or disease, the body is in a state of 'imbalance' and vital energy pathways become blocked. This prevents the body from functioning effectively. By working with the body's own natural resources, reflexology can help restore its natural equilibrium and encourage healing. Reflexology is also particularly beneficial in pregnancy as it is extremely relaxing and calming for before, during and after the birth reducing any stress and anxiety that may be present and helping to relieve the discomfort of minor ailments. Regular treatments during pregnancy are the perfect way to maintain balance and harmony during a time of dramatic change which involves every system of the body, as well as the emotions. Founded by Jo Lloyd in London, The Foot Garden offers personal and exceptional reflexology treatments that give a sense of well-being, balance and energy. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and qualified at The Central London School of Reflexology. I am also certified in Spinal Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology and Taiwanese Reflexology. I established The Foot Garden as a result of my own personal experiences with this therapy. To offer others the opportunity to experience the same life enhancing benefits of Reflexology is something I felt compelled to achieve, not simply to create a business opportunity for myself but to provide a platform from which I can educate and improve the life experience of others. Whether participating in one treatment or a course of treatments, you will truly be engaging in what can only be described as a life changing experience.

I very sadly had to put my darling Popcorn to sleep today as she woke up uncomfortable and after having an ultrasound it revealed that she had a mass on her spleen 😞 Having only lost Flashy 2 months ago it’s been a tough day 🥲 she was such an amazing dog and has been a fabulous role model to Dottie over the last 9 weeks and has adored her. I hope she is now having a fabulous time with Pickle and Flashy, RIP my darling girl, you will be forever missed and thank you for all your love 💔 🌈 xx

Did You Know?

Reflexology is based on the idea that different areas of the feet correspond with different parts of the body.

Using gentle pressure techniques, reflexology aims to encourage deep relaxation and support your body’s natural balance. While everyone’s experience is different, many clients leave feeling calmer, lighter and more refreshed.
Sometimes the smallest pause can make the biggest difference. 👣

Summer often means looking after everyone else.

Whether you’re keeping the children entertained, hosting family or making the most of the sunshine, remember to leave a little space for you too.

Reflexology is your opportunity to pause, unwind and reconnect with yourself. You don’t need a special occasion to book some time for your wellbeing—you just need an hour.

Your feet and body will thank you for it. 🌼

Happy World Relaxation Day. 🌿

When was the last time you truly switched off?

The summer holidays can be wonderfully busy, but between entertaining little ones, family days out and juggling routines, it’s easy to forget about yourself.
A reflexology treatment offers you the chance to slow down, take a deep breath and simply be. Sometimes, an hour of uninterrupted calm is exactly what your mind and body need.

Your wellbeing deserves a place on the summer holiday list too. 💚

This World Breastfeeding Week, I’m celebrating every parent’s feeding journey. 💛

For those who are breastfeeding, reflexology may offer a calming space to relax, helping to reduce stress and encourage overall wellbeing during the postnatal period. Some research also suggests it may support breastfeeding comfort and confidence as part of a wider package of postnatal care.
However you’re feeding your baby, remember that caring for yourself matters too.

Taking time to rest, recharge and feel supported is never selfish – it’s essential.

Many people ask about the difference between reflexology and massage.

While massage focuses on muscles and soft tissue throughout the body, reflexology works on specific pressure points in the feet that correspond to different areas of the body.

Both treatments are wonderfully relaxing, but reflexology takes a more holistic approach, aiming to support balance and wellbeing throughout the whole body.
Have you tried reflexology before?
