Early warning signs for potential hamstring injuries

⚠️ Warning signs for Hamstring injury

Hamstring cramping or tightness and back pain can be early warning signs that someone is at risk of developing a hamstring muscle injury.

If the athlete is reporting these we may need to suggest a reduction in high speed running and a focus on recovery, especially if they are recovery from injury or reporting fatigue.

The best posture is your next posture
Every posture is going to be painful, when you stay in that position for too long. Try sitting in a "perfect" posture for 10 hours.

Stillness causes stiffness not posture or sitting position!
