I've just arrived home from the most incredible week at Hannah MacIntyre's International Weekend!!

A week filled with laughter, friendship, learning, connection, and finally meeting so many wonderful people I've only ever known through a screen. Some even travelled all the way from Texas to be there, which still blows my mind 😁

I've got hundreds of photos and stories to share, and I promise I'll get to them all soon

I'm home
Back on my beach
The sun is shining
The dogs are happy

Honestly... I can't remember the last time I felt this grateful, peaceful and content 💜

So if you've sent me an email, a message, or you're waiting to hear back from me, thank you for your patience. I've not quite found my "work mode" button yet, and I'm planning to stay in this blissful little bubble for as long as possible ☺️

Lately I've felt a bit lost

That's a strange place for me to admit being For years I've always had a plan.
Always known the next step.
Always had inspiration pulling me forward
Right now? I'm sitting in the space between chapters

I've caught myself wanting to give up.

Wondering if people really value what I do.
Feeling rejected.
Feeling disconnected from Spirit
Then tonight I looked at my phone 11:11
It made me smile
Not because I think a number magically fixes everything.... Because it reminded me that guidance doesn't disappear just because I stop noticing it

Sometimes we become so used to signs, synchronicities and quiet nudges that they fade into the background of everyday life Until one day, when we need them most, they seem to whisper "We're still here"

Maybe this season isn't about finding all the answers Maybe it's about trusting enough to stand still for a moment
So that's what I'm doing.. Resting, Listening, Paying attention again Even after all these years of healing and working with Spirit, I'm still learning too 💜

There comes a point in your spiritual awakening where you're finally ready to be human again.....

Welcome, if you've arrived here ❤

For the last five years I've healed, questioned, explored, discovered, studied, surrendered, rebuilt, and somewhere along the way it became a business I never expected but will always be deeply grateful for 🙏

Recently I've realised something...

I don't want to spend every moment searching for the next lesson, the next sign, the next breakthrough or the next version of myself

Sometimes I just want to laugh until my stomach hurts. Walk my dog. Travel. Meet good people. Drink coffee. Dance badly. Sit in silence. Live!

Maybe that's part of the awakening too 🤔

Maybe the point was never to escape being human

Maybe it was to come home to it

So I'm giving myself permission to simply be 😁

Six weeks ago, a group of strangers walked into The Awakening Room.
Six weeks later, they leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, their intuition, their energy, and their connection to something greater than themselves.
Which has me thinking...
How many people out there are curious about mediumship and spirit communication but have convinced themselves they can't do it?
How many people have felt something, sensed something, known something, yet brushed it aside because they were told it was imagination, coincidence, or nonsense?
Here's what I believe.
You were born connected
You were born intuitive
You were born with the ability to sense, feel, know and communicate with Spirit.
Most people haven't lost that ability.
They've simply been conditioned out of trusting it
My approach has never been about floating off into the clouds. It's about staying grounded, living a full human life, and understanding that we are also spiritual beings having a human experience
So I'm considering creating a mediumship and spiritual development course that strips away the confusion and teaches this in a simple, practical, down-to-earth way
No fluff
No pretending to be special
Just real people learning what they're genuinely capable of
