Hello!
A little (re)introduction, as it’s been a while!

I’m Anna. I live in Okehampton and can often be found walking my lovely old spaniel along our beautiful river woodlands.

I’m currently 3 out of 4 years through a Psychotherapy degree with a focus on psychodynamic therapy and trauma. I have a deep seated passion for creating safe spaces for people to share tender parts of themselves. I believe that when we give ourselves opportunities to hear our truth, we can begin to heal.

Holding Circles was the first step on this journey. I believe communal sharing spaces are integral to our wellbeing as individuals and society. It’s nourishing on so many levels.

In addition to this I am a mum to a gorgeous daughter. I am sustained by creative projects, cups of tea and ridiculously silly dancing.

I hope to meet you soon.

I’m so looking forward to our next in person Women’s Circle in Okehampton, Thursday 20th August. Women’s Circles are a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself and connect with other like-minded women.

A way to find a sense of authentic community that is so often craved in our busy day to day lives. They are a safe place to explore the complexity of life, sharing both positive and negative in a judgement free space.

Together we will open a brave and safe space for sharing, a chance to give voice to whatever is on our mind and whatever we feel needs to be spoken. It is a place to reconnect, connect, develop and deepen a sense of compassion with ourselves and with others.

It’s been a little while since I held Circle. I’ve been immersed in University and navigating my own complex feelings about our changing world.

However, the one thing I have missed the most over the last few seasons is gathering Women to sit in Circle.

The sense of connection and belonging that comes with sitting in Circle is both peaceful and transformative.

The simple act of community nourishes my soul.

The side-by-side storytelling and genuine sharing; be it joy, complexity or grief, is a balm to the feeling that we have to carry life alone.

I cannot do much to change the world, but I can open my home to offer heartfelt presence and a space that welcomes your full self.

It would be my honour.

✨Solstice Circle, Wednesday 21st June Heavitree Exeter ✨
Kate Weiler and I are working together to hold a summer solstice Women’s Circle. Join us to sit by the fire, listen, and deeply connect.

This is a sharing circle for women or those who identify as women or non-binary, and we are gathering on the evening of Summer Solstice.

Circles are a space for connection and deep listening. We believe that this type of connection is nourishing and healing; that hearing and witnessing each others’ experiences leads us to feel more compassion towards one another, and in turn to ourselves. On this Summer Solstice, or Midsummer - we invite you to join us for a couple of hours of nourishment.

This is for you if:

You are longing for a space to be just be, away from it all, for an hour or two.
You struggle to create space for yourself and your own needs.
You long to connect with other women in a meaningful, human way.
You are happy to be in a space which is an advice-free zone - where we listen, but we don't try to fix.

This is a sharing circle for anyone who identifies as a woman or non-binary. Join us to sit by the fire, listen, and deeply connect.
