I have a long standing back problem that has recently become much worse due to a dental imbalance. My Osteopath suggested I try Bowen Therapy as my adjustments would not hold. I looked around and had a good feeling about Amanda. During my first session Amanda made very subtle movements on me and my body seemed to magically adjust itself. On the way home I stopped to have a walk around and my whole system felt reset. All my tissues felt like they had gone from being tight and loose in all the wrong places, to being tight and loose in all the right places. I had 4 sessions with Amanda and although I'm not out of the woods due to the dental imbalance, I am doing far far better thanks to Amanda. To say she has gone above and beyond to help would be an understatement. Whether you're someone with a musculoskeletal issue or an athlete looking to improve your performance, I would recommend Amanda to absolutely anyone.

Amanda is amazing at what she does. I went to her after an old shoulder injury reappeared and progressed into a severe neck issue. But, Amanda also addressed other parts of my body that needed a little TLC. After a few sessions I have seen a vast improvement and will continue to see her as and when is needed to give my body what it needs. Happy body - happy mind - happy life! I highly recommend having Bowen sessions.

Bruxism or teeth grinding and migraines: I went to Bowen to relieve pain from my teeth grinding as well as seeing if it improved my migraines. The experience was great and Amanda is so lovely and very helpful. Over the sessions my teeth grinding improved significantly and my migraines have not returned which is amazing. I would highly recommend Bowen therapy with Amanda. L.M.

I have experienced the Bowen therapy twice, recently for severe pain in the left shoulder blade area. After two treatments from Amanda I am pain free. The Bowen therapy is very relaxing and soothing,if a little strange, but very beneficial. H.J.

Morning! Just wanted to tell you that after your treatment on Monday the pain in my left side has now gone. I can't remember the last time that wasn't there but I am very grateful for its absence. I can now walk nearly normally and also I can dance. Still working on the right-hand side with the help of Pain Resourcing Therapy but your treatment is always the best. M. O.
