Thereโs a type of exhaustion that doesnโt get talked about enough.
The challenge of trying to heal while also trying to survive. The constant tug-of-war between growth and survival, between acknowledging your wounds and meeting lifeโs demands, between doing the inner work and just keeping up with everyday life.
Itโs like being torn in twoโone part of you is processing and acknowledging the pain, while the other is acting as though nothingโs wrong.
It feels like you're constantly juggling two worlds: one that's demanding and urgent and another that requires deep vulnerability and patience.
Youโre building new habits, but also trying to hit deadlines; youโre processing trauma in between dates in your diary, sometimes its a breakdown in your car while parked on Tesco's car park, or it could be the quiet moments of release when no oneโs watching.
Healing doesnโt fit into the picture-perfect Instagram posts about self-care. Itโs messy, itโs unpredictable, and at times it feels overwhelming.
But this messy, chaotic spaceโthis in-between place where youโre both breaking and rebuildingโis sacred.
Itโs where grief and growth meet, and where, in the midst of all of it, you show a quiet but profound strength in how you continue to show up for both parts of the journey.
In the chaos, you are becoming stronger, more resilient, and more whole. Donโt forget to celebrate how far youโve come, even on the days when it feels like too much.
You are doing the hardest, most important work, and every step you take, no matter how small, is a victory.
Keep goingโyouโve got this. ๐๐๐
