Who Am I?
I’m Becky Stone, a physiotherapist graduating in June 2026 with a background in both healthcare and sport.
Before training as a physiotherapist, I spent 5 years working in the fitness industry, helping people improve performance, build confidence, and stay active. That experience continues to shape the way I approach rehabilitation today, not just reducing pain, but helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve long term function and quality of life.
Alongside my physiotherapy training, I’ve gained experience across a wide range of clinical settings including:
• MSK outpatients
• Community rehabilitation & falls services
• Inpatient rehabilitation wards
• Community rehabilitation teams
• Group rehabilitation classes
I’ve worked with people managing everything from acute injuries to chronic and long-term conditions, including complex co-morbidities, post-operative rehabilitation, reduced mobility, balance issues, and deconditioning.
I’ve also completed sports placements with:
• Manchester United Women’s First Team
• Lymm Rugby Club
And I’ll be continuing with Lymm Rugby Club for the upcoming season.
What I do 👇
✔️ Assessment & rehabilitation
✔️ Support with injury recovery, chronic pain & long-term conditions
✔️ Post-operative rehabilitation & return to function
✔️ Rehabilitation for complex conditions & co-morbidities
✔️ Hands-on manual therapy & sports massage
✔️ Exercise therapy for strength, mobility & confidence
✔️ Return-to-sport rehabilitation & injury prevention
✔️ Falls prevention, balance & functional rehab
Every injury, condition, and person is different, which is why I take an individual approach to rehabilitation and recovery.
Whether you’re recovering after surgery, managing a long-term condition, returning to sport, getting back into the gym, or simply wanting to move with more confidence and less pain, the goal is always the same, helping you feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body.
